Arthur Scarbrough is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston. Arthur is a PGA Golf Professional who began his golf career at River Oaks Country Club as Assistant Golf Professional prior to moving with Dick Harmon to The Dick Harmon School of Golf as Teaching Professional upon its opening in 2001.
